IMMEDIATE OPENING - FULL TIME - PERMANENT CONTRACT
YOUR ACTIVITIES
Your main mission consists in managing projects and project teams primarily, but not exclusively, for the satellite ground segment activities. This includes notably:
- Executing and supervising projects for institutional and commercial customers, and for internal customers, from initiation to closure
- Being the point of contact for all project related matters for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance to agreed scope, requirements, objectives, deliverables, resources, schedule, budget and quality
- Communicating project updates and expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Resolving issues and solving problems throughout project lifecycle
- Providing Product Assurance support for specific major project, incl. documentation management, traceability, configuration management, FMECA and RAMS analyses, compliance to norms and standards
- MSc in the field of Engineering
- Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in the domain is desired
- Fluent written and spoken skills in English are a must
- Other languages like Luxembourgish, French, German, Spanish, Italian are considered a plus
- Knowledge about both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and product assurance
- Knowledge about PM processes, software and tools such as MS Project
- Good communication & documentation skills
