The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) at the University of Luxembourg contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences and Medicine.

The Medical Education of the faculty is in a constant development. The Bachelor in Medicine is currently in a critical phase of development and evolution. In this frame, the Medical Education team aims at hiring a highly skilled candidate for this position.

Your role

• Support the additional development of the Bachelor in Medicine and possible upcoming programs
• Contribute to and follow-up of implementation activities and communication with the stakeholders from the health and academic sector (national and international)
• Take care of the curriculum alignment by organizing meetings, task-forces, seminars, writing minutes and reports, preparing working documents and finalizing applications
• Liaising with stakeholders, drafting curricula, setting-up budgets, preparing evaluation and accreditation applications in collaboration with national and international partners. Serving as contact person of the respective program
• Networking with teachers, clinicians, researchers and other stakeholders in the academic and medical field

Your profile

• Master's degree in natural/health sciences or project management
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, ideally in the scientific domain or in the health sector or in education of healthcare professionals
• Excellent practice of MS office applications; knowledge in PCs management will be considered as an asset
• Team player with strong relationship management
• Strong communication skills, complemented by diplomacy
• Advanced proficiency in French and Fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
