About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Raw Material Buyer who will be reporting directly to the Flavors, Fruits & Colors Procurement Category Manager.
By covering this role, you will guarantee the purchase of Flavors, Fruits & Colors in accordance with defined guidelines to ensure that the company operational needs are met, considering price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base.

Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you will contribute to the definition of the purchasing strategy based on business needs.
You will be involved in the financial planning for some specific projects, while ensuring alignment between proper budget management and purchasing business objectives.
Moreover, your mission will be to collaborate with other functions in the definition of policies, quality criteria, legal, environmental, ethical to purchase goods/services.
You will also ensure timely information to the other functions concerning contract framework agreements.
Conducting negotiations with suppliers in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct will be as well under your responsibility.
You will ensure the competition between suppliers and subcontractors.
On top of this, you will apply and implement purchasing policies, vendor management and developing policies, based on technical, organizational, economical and international financial knowledge, to reach the best possible results according to Group requirements in terms of timing and flexibility.
You will ensure purchase orders management, looks for Request for Proposals from vendors, proposing qualified and suitable alternatives.
Your role will be to analyze, align and evaluate offers received, to select the best available alternatives, while monitoring operative KPIs (service level, quality, etc.)
You will maintain, consolidate and improve relationships with existing suppliers, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and strengthen common objectives.
Finally, you will be responsible for items having contracts managed locally, presence of Global Master Agreements, application of qualitative and quantitative contracts standards.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Procurement, Business, or any similar field with 2-4 years of experience.
Proactive, you are showing excellent communication skills to interact with different internal and external stakeholders.
Moreover, you will bring your proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PPT) and SAP.
Finally, you are fluent in English.
