- This is a temporary position that will be covered until October 2025
- Accomplish the various tasks related to the service level agreements contracted by Cargolux, such as material transactions in support of the GATS SA (Global Aviation Technical Solutions S.E.C.S is a joint venture (‘JV”) in the aviation industry. This JV is a parts pooling management company for the B747-8 aircraft. Specializing in the management of pool exchange programs, repair orders, and warranty claims, GATS ensures operational support and efficiency for aviation maintenance organizations)
- Processing GATS Pool Exchange requests: review all details of component to be exchanged prior raising exchange orders, raise and process Exchange Orders, assist follow-up on open exchange orders, etc)
- Processing GATS repair orders: review all details of components to be repaired prior raising repair orders, ensure all components are sent to GATS approved sources only, raise and process repair orders, etc)
- Processing GATS Warranty Claims: review warranty claims status to determine which order is eligible for being claimed for Removal/Reinstallation/Labor, follow-up and track all warranty claims
- Minimum secondary education (Commercial or Technique)
- Willing to do shift work 24/7
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook, especially in Excel)
- Fluency in English, written & spoken, any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- The position demands a regular and full-time presence.
- Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way that they do not conflict with service requirements.
- Shift work is required.
- The position holder is based in Luxembourg.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Flexibility may be needed with working hours depending on the urgency of the matter.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
