Road Brokerage Employee (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

Communication with customers, forwarders and Schenker branches worldwide.
Registration of shipments in the STAR EU programme.
Tracking shipments and proactively dealing with problems and informing the customer.
Rate agreements with customers, Schenker branches and transport companies.
Processing of complaints
Organisation and tracking of special transports with corresponding status reports to the customer
Preparation of loading orders for special transports.
Representation of the local area if required.
Optimisation of processes, capacities and costs.
Planning international trips with a focus on meeting lead times.
Individual projects.
Completion of missing key events.
Focus on spot market brokerage.

Our requirements:

Completed vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk
Professional experience desirable
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good written and spoken English and German
Knowledge of French is an advantage
High degree of flexibility and communication skills
Strong customer orientation, as well as assertiveness and resilience
Actively live the service concept and implement it effectively
Ability to work in a team
