Senior Compliance Project Manager:
Your role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in compliance to lead strategic projects aimed at ensuring digital and in-branch banking services meet Accessibility Act requirements.This role focuses on enhancing accessibility across all customer touchpoints.
Lead and oversee projects to ensure full compliance with the Accessibility Act, improving accessibility in both digital and physical banking services.
Stay informed of regulatory developments and proactively implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance with both current and anticipated accessibility standards.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accessibility initiatives, providing regular progress updates to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.

Requirements
8+ years of experience managing complex projects, ideally within the banking or financial services sectors.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements; familiarity with accessibility standards (such as WCAG) is an advantage.
Demonstrated proficiency in using project management and compliance tracking tools.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Language Requirements: French and English mandatory / German and Luxembourgish are a plus.
