Your Tasks

• Conduct organisational diagnostics to identify key areas for improvement and transformation.
• Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM’s) tailored to clients’ needs, considering sectorspecific and cultural factors.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives, guiding teams through frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create transformation roadmaps and priorities.
• Support teams in adopting new ways of working, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with TOM principles.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to manage transformation risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Your Profile

• Demonstrated 5-7 years of experience in planning and delivering organisational design solutions.
  
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach) are a plus.
  
• Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in organisational design and transformation projects.
  
• Expertise in Agile frameworks and experience tailoring them to complex transformations.
  
• Proven ability to design and implement TOMs across diverse industries.
  
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to drive change and unite teams around common goals.
  
• Fluent in French and English, knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German and/or Luxembourgish) would be advantageous.
