Senior Corporate Officer : The Function

Ensure all company records and statutory registers are properly maintained and updated on a timely basis in the relevant systems with the necessary support of other members of your team
Manage the company files daily to ensure that all relevant documents are correctly filed on a timely basis
You will prepare the relevant corporate documentation : KYC documents/Bank account opening
Drafting agreements and contracts using approved company templates
Be the point of contact for external partners : banks, notaries, various administration and ensure the optimum continuity of working relationships for all corporate topics
You will prepare the clients board meetings and draft the minutes

Senior Corporate Officer : Your Profile

You are fluent in English and French (knowledge of Italian will be a plus)
You hold a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economy or any other relevant field
The tasks of a Senior Corporate Officer in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Customer-service oriented, extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
