Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :
- Managing and organizing legal documents, client files, and administrative records to support the firm's daily operations.
- Providing corporate governance assistance, including drafting board meeting minutes, filing annual accounts, and maintaining corporate records for client companies.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for client communication, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinating schedules, handling invoicing processes, and ensuring legal documents are properly prepared and submitted.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a law firm
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal or corporate governance systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
- A proactive, professional attitude and the ability to work discreetly with sensitive information.
- A salary of up to €63,000 gross per year, with a discretionary bonus.
- Meal vouchers worth €15/day.
