On behalf of our client, Core Capital, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join the Wealth Management team. This role offers a career opportunity for a driven professional eager to make a meaningful impact in the financial sector.




As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the overall client relationship with Core Capital’s discretionary and advisory clients. Your role will include presenting and proposing Core Capital’s asset management offerings to new potential clients, as well as maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients.

• Daily Responsibilities: As a Financial Advisor at Core Capital, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships by providing timely market insights, portfolio performance updates, and adjusting strategies based on clients’ profile. You will propose investment ideas, manage capital flows, and ensure compliance by maintaining detailed records in Bank Vista. Additionally, you will assist clients with banking and insurance issues, present services to potential clients, and oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all regulatory and KYC requirements are met.

• Monthly and Quarterly Responsibilities: You will oversee the control of monthly performance figures, send consolidated reports, and manage the review of management and performance fees, reporting any deviations to management. Additionally, you will be attending Investment committee meetings where you are expected to contribute with relevant content.

• Yearly Responsibilities: Annually, you will be responsible for producing and presenting a comprehensive business plan for the upcoming calendar year. This includes setting an individual budget for net new assets under management (AUM), planning travel activities, and preparing presentation strategies to support business growth objectives.

The position may initially be based in a Scandinavian location, with a planned future transition to the Luxembourg office.

This position demands a proactive and strategic approach to client management, requiring you to be fully involved in the day-to-day operations of wealth management while also contributing to the company’s broader strategic goals. To thrive in this role, you should possess a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with substantial experience in Wealth Management or a similar financial advisory position. Your experience in structuring sales processes and leading client relationships will be highly valued. You must be adept at analysing financial data, setting and meeting ambitious targets, and adapting to the dynamic environment of asset management. Your ability to simplify complex financial matters and deliver clear, strategic advice will be key to your success.




As a Senior Financial Advisor, you are expected to exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in managing client relationships and in collaborating with internal teams.
