Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core products while working in an agile environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that scale.

Tasks

  • Lead the development of complex features using Python and Type Script
  • Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Build responsive and performant front-end applications using modern frameworks
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning
Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its web frameworks (Django, Fast API)
  • Expert knowledge of Type Script/Java Script and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization (SQL and No SQL)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Contribution to open-source projects
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in a startup-like environment
  • German proficiency is a plus
