Due to increasing demand for specialized services, we are seeking an experienced Senior German-speaking Accountant to join the team, specializing in Securitization. This position requires someone hands-on, proactive, and excited to continue learning and developing their expertise.
Senior Accountant - Responsibilities

Handle securitization accounting tasks from A to Z, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and financial statements.
Manage and prepare financial reports for securitization vehicles, ensuring compliance with Lux GAAP and international accounting standards.
Oversee the accounting of asset-backed securities, including the calculation of interest, principal payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure the correct reporting and reconciliation of securitization structures (e.g., SPVs).
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and reports.
Collaborate with auditors to support audit processes and address any queries.
Assist with the implementation of new securitization structures and provide ongoing accounting support.
Provide insights and recommendations related to accounting issues in securitization.

Senior Accountant - Your Profile:

Between 3 to 10 years of experience in securitization accounting (preferably within a service provider or management company).
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
Strong experience with Lux GAAP and knowledge of IFRS.
Hands-on experience with securitization transactions, including reporting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities with a strong desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment, providing high-quality service to clients.
Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy over speed.
