Job description: Your main activities will include the following:

• Working independently and as part of a team, you will be primarily responsible for low level design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of the Service Now systems, with additional activities within the wider set of business systems for Daisy Corporate Services.
• You will have a focus on supporting our customers and prospects with their Service Now engagement with Daisy. This includes building high level and low level designs based on customer requirements, and working with the existing Service Now Development team to build and maintain source code and documentation.

Your Qualifications:

• A bachelor degree in a relevant field is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ideally, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills, and ability to communicate design ideas at varying technical levels and with customers.

Technical skills required in:

• Service Now (ITSM, CSM, CMDB)
• Java Script
• Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
• Desirable but not essential:
• Service Now modules – ITBM, CSM
• Service Now Domain Separated instances and e Bonding/Service Bridge integration
• SQL/Database principals
• Integrations/API/Biz Talk/Logic Apps
• XML/j Query/JSON
• Familiarity with the Agile development methodology
