Your missions

• Design end-to-end BSS/OSS integration solutions to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture standards, IT security policies, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide effort estimates for development and implementation of the solutions
• Assess the solutions and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure long-term cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate with other teams in the context of transversal changes and supervise the execution of tasks assigned to stakeholders
• Conduct handover presentations for other teams to operate the delivered solutions
• Support the configuration team in maintaining, and managing BSS/OSS applications
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of procedures and configurations
• Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams

Your profile

• Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunications
• In-depth knowledge of BSS/OSS architectures and IT systems in relation to telecom business
• Have an expert knowledge of cross functional BSS/OSS components (billing, ordering etc.)
• Have experience in application development processes
• Be recognized for your proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers and vendors
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Be fluent in English. French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets
