Your responsibilities would include:

• Being the technical lead for different disciplines and align them to achieve project milestones (software, hardware, testing, production)
• First point of contact with customers, defining and clarifying technical topics
• Translating customer specifications into IEE system requirements
• Carrying out system and performance modeling, identifying risks, defining solutions to mitigate the risk
• Building system architecture and partitioning into subsystems
• Leading product validation activities together with the testing department
• Performing calculations, writing reports
• Constant communication with team members

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or similar
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in an automotive environment
• A good knowledge of the physics relating to capacitive measurement
• Considerable know-how in electronics development (hardware and software)
• The ability to identify technical risks
• The ability to write clear documentation
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, DOORS and Matlab/Simulink
• Following topics are considered an asset:
  • Hands-on experience with functional safety analyses and cyber security
  • Knowledge of automotive SPICE processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), German or French is considered an asset
