Your JobThe Koch Global Treasury group is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to join our Finance office in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly motivated, and focused on creating value. This role provides a great opportunity to join a high performing treasury team that supports cash management and banking services functions across various Koch Companies in the EMEA region. These activities include bank account management, global cash positioning, short-term liquidity forecasting, short-term investments, payment execution, and several other value-add activities necessary to support the daily treasury operations of Koch Industries. You will engage and partner with Koch's diverse portfolio of businesses and banks, as well as the tax, legal, accounting, and other corporate capabilities, as you strive to innovate and deliver Treasury services that exceed expectations. The business knowledge gained, and the experience provided by this position provides an excellent platform for future career growth within the company. This role will report directly to the EMEA Treasury Manager.

Our Team
You will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg. As part of our team's expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in either Main Station, Cloche D'Or or Howald districts.
What You Will Do
- EMEA Cash Management - cash position and reconciliation, support business with short term forecasts, funds process requests and Treasury transaction execution
- Administration of bank accounts across multiple banking platforms and Kyriba Treasury Management system. Manage bank mandates, user setups and training
- Bank account management - verify Anti-Money Laundering requirements for all countries in scope, bank account opening/closure, compliance with applicable regulations
- Support the Foreign Bank Account Reporting process
- Ensure profitable use of technology to modernize payments processes and optimize liquidity.
- Ensure effective financial controls throughout all processes
- Support auditors and business customers with the audit process
- Build strong mutually beneficial relationships with internal customers and outside counterparties
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required
- Proven experience in treasury operations, cash management or similar
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage prioritizes effectively in order to maximize value creation
- Strong user of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with the Kyriba Treasury Management System, or other TMS solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as with the team
- Experience collaborating and working effectively across multiple capabilities, businesses and geographic locations
- Basic understanding of FX risk management
