IT Procurement Supervisor

You will build global relationships, understand the dynamic technology needs of the Koch businesses, and influence purchase decisions of IT services and products that will help maximize value creation for our customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory skills, self-motivation and problem-solving skills, supply chain and/or procurement experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our Team
You will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg. As part of our team's expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in either Main Station, Cloche D'Or or Howald districts.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of SMEs/buyers based on Koch's values and Principle Based Management
- Attract, develop, and retain talent for the IT procurement organization
- Regularly assess market conditions and industry trends
- Provide strategic direction and create strategies for the Procurement team of the future
- Drive automation and process improvements for the procurement capability
- Collaborate with other KGS Procurement teams across the globe to help drive a consistent, global user experience
- Build trusted relationships with business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient services
- Mature and expand procurement capability in Europe
- Educate and market procurement capability throughout the Koch companies
- Several years professional work experience in finance, IT, accounting or procurement role
- Higher Education, Bachelor's Degree or similar
- Several years of Supervisory experience
- Strong initiative and high sense of urgency
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and influence multiple priorities across the team
- Strong communications skills at all levels in the organization
- Financial acumen
- Advanced Procurement and Sourcing leadership experience in global company
- Master's of Business Administration degree, or higher education
- Service Now and/or Coupa experience
- IT knowledge and experience
- Project management skills
