Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview coordination. - Documentation Management: Oversee the maintenance of personnel records, ensuring that all certifications, licenses, and documents are current and compliant.
- Scheduling: Coordinate crew schedules, rotations, and leave requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison between cabin crew members and management, addressing queries and fostering open communication.
- Compliance: Ensure regulatory adherence and uphold company policies within crew management.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports on crew performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
Job requirements
- Mandatory: previous experience as a Cabin Crew member in VIP or private aviation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a high attention to detail
- Fluent in English mandatory
