Warehouse Specialist – Electronic Hookah & E-Cigarettes

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to enhance our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customs procedures, operating transport machines for tax stamps, and preparing orders for dispatch. Fluency in both English and French is essential, and a valid driver’s license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customs Compliance: Oversee and manage all customs-related processes, ensuring that shipments meet all regulatory requirements.
- Tax Stamp Operations: Operate and maintain machines used for applying tax stamps to products, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Order Preparation: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics partners to coordinate shipping schedules, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of shipments, customs documentation, and inventory.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a strong focus on customs procedures and tax stamp operations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport machines for tax stamps.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items, operate machinery, and stand for extended periods.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
