We are a Bumiputera property developer based in Puchong specialized in various type of properties including factory warehouse, landed housing as well as strata housing. We are currently expanding our market and sales with on-going and many future projects. We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the vacancy for Account Assistant cum Receptionist position.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Account Assistant
1. Account Payable. E.g: Prepare payment voucher for payable transaction, issue cheque and prepare to release payment.
2. Account Receivable. E.g: Issue invoice and debit note, follow up payment from end financiers/purchasers.
3. Maintain bank balance information, petty cash records, cash journal records and cash book data entry.
4. Manage and keep payment voucher, cheque, invoice, receipt and other documents accordingly in file.
5. Assist in preparing Financial Reports.
6. Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
Front Desk
1. Attending to phone calls and visitors in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
3. Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail and parcel.
4. Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
5. Handle and sorting out of all outgoing or incoming correspondences.
Administration
1. Provide general administrative and clerical support.
2. Maintain the general office filing system, documentation and correspondences.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Experience in using account software.
· Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
· Proficient both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
· Proficient in computer literate - Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Power Point).
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Excellent communication skill, organizational and multitasking skills.
· Good knowledge in property development and construction is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
