Job Description

• Download and verifying supplier invoices against purchase order before posting to respective profit centre during month end closing.
• Processing vendors payment by scheduling and ensuring contra or following up refund of outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries.
• Ensure timely arrange corporate card payment and key into system before month end closing.
• Verifying staff claim to be submitting by employees and arrange payment as per monthly schedule of payment.
• Posting part-timer salary into accounting system.
• Reconcile of supplier statement of account against aging and clearing account.
• Prepares monthly balance sheet schedules on a timely basis.
• Continuing to improve the payment process.
• Other ad-hoc task as and when require

Requirement:

• Degree holder in accounting with a minimum of 2-3 years working experiences in retails environment.
• A team player who is meticulous, independent, have a positive mindset, good problem solving, analytical skills and highly adaptable to fast changing environment.
• Knowledge or experience with EPR system is an added advantage.
• Proficient in using MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups, index-match etc) and Office 365 preferred.
