Job Description:
Month-end closing:
1.Execute month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
2.Assist in accounts receivables and accounts payables data entry and monitoring activities
Bank Reconciliation:
1.Conduct bank reconciliation to verify and align financial records with bank statements
Journal Entries and General Ledger:
1.Prepare and input journal entries, ensuring proper coding for accurate general ledger entries to support monthly closing activities.
Regulatory & Compliance:
1.Assist for license renewals and documentation.
Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic accounting system is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, attentive to details
• Computer literate – Microsoft words, power point, Microsoft excel
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
