Job Description

• Handling reporting to both internally and externally on weekly, monthly and quartely manner inclusive of adhoc reporting if required.
• Coordinate and respond timely to internal and external queries pertaining to operation and accounting matters
• To assist in general finance & administrative support related tasks
• Prepare analysis / documents to managing director for Company performance review participate in improvement initiatives
• Work closely with other departments to achieve company goals
• Assist superior on profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs.
• Compile detailed financial reports using calculations, data, and other provided information
• Analyze debt restructuring and refinancing options
• Support development of accurate financial forecasts in line with business objectives and collected up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholders’ inputs.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting or relevant studies.
• Min 2-3 years working experience, candidate with experience in financial analysis in commercial firms will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and out-going.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word) and other business related software (if any)
• Must have own transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
