Job description:
Full Time Account Executive
Construction Industry - 6 Days (Mon - Sat)
Based In Marina Island, Lumut, Perak
Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices and credit note for customer.
• Record daily receipt from customer.
• Assist credit control officer to prepare supporting documents to chase payment from customer.
• Convert purchase order to purchase invoice. Record manual purchase invoice and credit note from supplier.
• Prepare and issue cheque payment to supplier.
• Perform Supplier balance reconciliation and resolve the discrepancies upon received the statement.
• Perform monthly intercompany balance reconciliation.
• Maintain all accounts and audit schedules under general ledger.
• Prepare all monthly reports after accounts closing.
• Perform office tasks such as filing, data entry, answer phone call, processing mail & etc.
• Handling communications with customer and supplier over the phone, email and in-person.
• Assist in yearly audit, tax issue and corporate secretary issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties to be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in construction industry with full set of account (AP & AR)
• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong discipline, dedicated and excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lead and manage teams, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Degree in accounting
• Previous experience and knowledge in audit firm is an added advantage
