Job Responsibilities & Scope

• General accounting activities
• Handling accounts recievables and payables
• Processing payroll and employee expense reports
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring that all records are properly filed and archived
• Assisting with audits and providing documentation as needed
• Conducting regular checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and errors
• Supporting other accounting and finance functions as needed, such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing petty cash
• Recording and tracking project costings

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Expertise

• A diploma in accounting preferred
• Must have LCCI Level 1 Certificate
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Previous bookkeeping are accounting experience
• Computer literate
• Willingness to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Languages: English /Bahasa Melayu (Preferably Bahasa and Mandarin speaker)

Location: Penang (Pulau Tikas)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
