Accounts Payable Assistant - Accounts Payable Executive

We are currently hiring Accounts Assistant to handle all payments to internal and vendors includes receiving, processing and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders and ensure accurate payment records.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting or related field with at least 1 year of working experience.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing.
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Have work experience in using SAP Accounting Software would be an advantage.
- Have work experience in F&B / Retail company would be preferable.
- Process all payment requests from vendors, stores, and internal employees.
- Ensuring all payment transaction paid on time based on vendor's payment term and Company's authorization matrix.
- Coordinating as well as providing payment and document information to suppliers and related users in accordance with company procedures.
- Archive all documents related to purchases made by the company.
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly purchase report.
- Help ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Assist in filing and maintaining financial documents and records.

- Kopi Kenangan, a much loved coffee chain store with close to 800 outlets across Indonesia;
- Kenangan Coffee which we launched in Malaysia in 2022, where we now have more than 50 coffee chain stores accross Malaysia;
- Kenangan Coffee which we launched in Singapore in 2023, where we have 7 stores; and
- Kopi Kenangan Hanya Untukmu, our Ready-To-Drink FMCG subsidiary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
