JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle full spectrum of office administration, including incoming calls, courier, office maintenance & supplies etc.

Provide administrative support to management on emails,brochures etc.

Liaise with head office on payroll, finance & accounts matters.

Assist with organisation of trainings.

Able to work under pressure, willing to work outside normal office hours (if necessary) and possess positive attitude

Perform other ad-hoc assignment and tasks as required by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Languages: English, Malay, Chinese.

Possess high degree of self-motivation, result-oriented and able to follow instructions.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
