You will be joining us for an internship ranging from 3-6 months where you will learn what it takes to be a CARSOMER! We will give you opportunities to grow and learn new skills departments depending on your interest level. If you have had prior experience working on projects, even better!
Your Day-To-Day
- Ensure car keys are labeled, kept safe, and arranged for easy access.
- Record and monitor the location and movement of car keys and vehicles when receiving and sending car keys.
- Tallying car keys against the physical car
- Coordinate administrative tasks with other stakeholders
- Maintain a schedule of appointments and logistics
- Safeguard all documents and spare keys in a secure location.
- Oversee the smooth transition of vehicle movements
- Prepare reports summary to measure the car keys movement utilization
- Be Awesome!
- Good command in English & B. Malaysia.
- Preferred for those major studies in any field of diploma or degree related to business, operation, supply chain, finance, etc.
- Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Meticulous and high accuracy in work assignments
- Computer literacy, particularly having good knowledge and carrying out the works in Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening & communication skills
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
