Customer Service Executive (Inbound/Outbound)

About You
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales ,Customer Service. We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour.
Your Day-To-Day
  • Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system & also handle leads via CARSOME Whats App platform
  • Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.
  • Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car booking
  • Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled
  • Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.
Your Know How
  • Education- SPM/Diploma/Degree
  • Proven Customer Support/Service/ Telesales
  • Able to work under a fast phase environment Have a positive mindset, sales oriented person
  • Candidate must will to work alternate 6 days Candidate must will to work on Public holiday and Weekend
  • Office location - The Ascent Kelana Jaya
  • Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
