• Assist in processing accounts receivable and payable transactions, including generating invoices, verifying and entering invoices, and preparing vendor payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances, addressing any discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department by organizing documentation, preparing reports, and updating records.

• Learn the end-to-end process of coordinating shipments, including planning, documentation, and customs.
• Develop communication and problem-solving skills while interacting with clients and managing shipments.
• Understand the importance of accurate documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.

• Currently in the final year of a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Result-oriented, committed, and a positive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent, trustworthy, with a strong initiative to learn and adapt quickly.
