The Opportunity
Finance Intern:

Assist in processing accounts receivable and payable transactions, including generating invoices, verifying and entering invoices, and preparing vendor payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances, addressing any discrepancies.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department by organizing documentation, preparing reports, and updating records.

Operations Intern:

Learn the end-to-end process of coordinating shipments, including planning, documentation, and customs.
Develop communication and problem-solving skills while interacting with clients and managing shipments.
Understand the importance of accurate documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Currently in the final year of a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Result-oriented, committed, and a positive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Diligent, trustworthy, with a strong initiative to learn and adapt quickly.
