The Opportunity

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the Unibis system, including documentation and vendor queries.
Collaborate with Operations Head and Finance for approvals and clarifications on requests.
Maintain a clean PO database and track spending and payments to vendors.
Manage an invoice tracker and initiate corrective actions for reconciliation issues.
Create and submit journal entries using prescribed templates and maintain related documentation.
Support internal and external audits while adhering to Key Performance Indicators and undertaking ad-hoc projects as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed

Minimum 1 years’ experience in the Procurement field.
Finance background is preferred.
Detail oriented person and well in communication.
