We cater orders from Students to SME and Corporates businesses on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s printing services, including digital printing, offset printing, large format printing, and specialty printing.
Attending Sales and Quotation: Attending online and offline sales in store on a daily basis. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients online and offline.
Order Processing: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Monitor the progress of print jobs to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and negotiate deals.
Sales Expertise: Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of printing processes and the ability to explain technical details to clients in simple terms will be a plus point.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and projects simultaneously with the attention to detail.
Adaptability : Willingness to continuously learn and improve sales techniques.
Education:

• Degree Holders – related working experience preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; diploma holders

Overall, sales & Customer Service person in a printing company needs to be a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for driving sales and delivering high-quality printing solutions to clients.
