• Branding: Understand Taobao brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Create and manage effective online and offline campaigns to increase brand recognition.• Digital Marketing: Create, execute, optimize online marketing campaigns. Create campaign with clear measurements, leverage data to continuously improve results and increase conversions.• Channel Development: Identify local media channels to partner and drive Taobao usage and brands.• Offline Marketing: Cultivate capable partners to design and produce advertising materials for in-person/in-store marketing events• Customer Insights: Familiar with the needs of SEA users (where to go, what to see, where to eat, what to buy, common topics).• Social Media: Manage Taobao Lifestyle accounts to drive customer engagements.• Partnerships: Cultivate Marketing Partners to recruit merchants (i.e. local agency, restaurants, retail shops, and more) and to run marketing campaigns by creating and managing online discount offers.• Budget: Owns annual marketing and operation budget. Complies with company budget approval request processes and execution.

1. More than 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketing, bonus for those with have experience in the field of payment, wallets, business development and digital marketing;2. Sensitive to the trends of SEA users, able to innovate based on consumer insights and put consumer service and experience first.3. High business acumen, with strong data analytics and project management skills. Can help the business growth through marketing planning4. Possess case-proven experience in effective consumer marketing activities, the ability to independently plan a series of activities, data analysis ability, and be able to draw consumer insight from massive data.5. Passionate and creative – innovate from customer insights; ability to show continuous breakthrough in marketing strategy and tools and customer growth6. Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and work in fast-paced working environments;7. Fluent in Mandarin and English is a bonus.
