Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Experience Engine team is looking for data analytics expert. Comprised of data analytics experts and demand drive specialists, we plan, execute and optimize digital experiences from brand to demand to deal, filling business pipelines and driving revenue growth. We believe that data empowers companies to gain insight and transform. We are looking for specialists who can derive practical actions that will improve the performance of marketing campaigns from vast amounts of marketing data.

In this role, you will analyze data and develop marketing strategies while collaborating extensively with local and global marketing teams, sales, and business unit stakeholders. Your mission is to recommend optimal actions based on data obtained from all stages of marketing planning and execution. For this reason, you will analyze and make decisions based on a variety of end-to-end data, from audience segmentation and targeting to web performance, customer responses, lead management, and deal creation. lead to new insights.
You will initially be expected to work at least 4 days out of a 5-day work week at IBM Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur office. If you get used to the environment and there is no problem with your work, you can come to work three days a week and work from mobile the rest of the week.

Experience Engineチームでは、データ分析のエキスパートを募集しています。データ分析エキスパートとデマンド推進を担うスペシャリストで構成される当部門は、ブランドからデマンド、成約までのデジタル・エクスペリエンスを計画、実行、最適化し、ビジネス・パイプラインを充足することで収益成長につなげます。私たちは、データが企業の洞察力を高め、変革に貢献すると信じています。膨大なマーケティング・データから、マーケティング・キャンペーンのパフォーマンス向上につながる実践的なアクションを導き出すスペシャリストをお待ちしています。

業務内容
国内やグローバルのマーケティング各チーム、営業、事業部のステイクホルダー等と幅広く協業しながら、データ分析とマーケティング戦略の立案に取り組みます。マーケティングのプランニングと実行の全段階から得られるデータをもとに最適なアクションを提言するのがミッションです。このため、オーディエンスのセグメントやターゲティング、ウェブ・パフォーマンス、お客様からの反応やリード管理、案件創出に至るまでエンド・ツー・エンドで様々なデータを元に分析し、判断を行い、マーケティングチームの指針となる洞察を導きます。
IBMマレーシアのクアラルンプールのオフィスにて、最初は週5日勤務のうちの最低4日は出社をお願いします。環境に慣れ、業務にも支障がないようであれば週3日の出社で残りはモバイルでの勤務も可能とします。

• 少なくとも3年以上マーケティング、特にデータ分析業務に関わり、その道の知見をお持ちの方が理想ですが、これから新たに技術を習得したい方も歓迎です。
• 統計学やモデリングなど分析業務の素養や言語の知識、数学の基礎あることが望ましいです。
• 日本語での仕事がメインになりますが、グローバルチーム（米国）とAsiaの同僚との打ち合わせも多いため、英語は必須です。読み書きのみならず、ヒアリングとスピーチを使う頻度も非常に高いです。
