Job Description
- To perform the failure analysis for the parts/components returned from the customers (Local or Overseas) and in process failure.
- To perform the safety testing to the components returned from the local & overseas customer and in process defect part.
- To perform the details analysis on the failure mode and drive for improvement.
- To strive for continuous improvement in reducing/minimizing the customer complaints.
- To follow-up with the vendors/internal personnel on corrective action plan.
- To inculcate quality awareness with all level of personnel.
- Ensure and maintain safety, health and good environmental practices at work surrounding, apply suitable PPE where applicable.
- Ensure basic TPM on machine, equipment, test facilities for ‘up to mark’ operation (safety, quality and output).
- Ho-Ren-So for any key issue arises at work, especially for safety, environment, quality, product & process related.
- To participate in KYA as per planned schedule.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
- Basic knowledge on air conditioning components (e.g. Compressor, motor, PCB etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
