BEAUTY ADVISOR (Basic start RM1,500 to RM1,800) will entitle RM1000 guaranteed commission for their first 6 month . After that based on sales commission.
SENIOR BEAUTY ADVISOR (Basic start RM1,800 to RM3,000) will entitle RM1000 guaranteed commission for their first 6 month . After that based on sales commission.
Responsibilities:

• Providing clients with relationship-based services and high-quality products.
• Achieving sales targets during in-store events, visual weeks, and promotions.
• Overseeing the application of skincare products and performing facial services.
• Identifying customer requirements and giving appropriate recommendations on cosmetics and skincare products based on their preferences.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and artistic skills are essential for beauty advisors.

Requirements:

• SPM and above
• Minimum 1 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• Proven sales track record
• Good interpersonal skills
• Independent, driven, possess initiative and optimistic
• A good team player
• Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
• Passionate about the beauty and service industry.
