Job Description:
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our client brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on beauty products. Your role will involve:

Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Providing personalized recommendations and product demonstrations.
Sales: Achieving sales targets by promoting and upselling products effectively. Handling transactions and managing inventory.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the latest beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics to offer up-to-date advice and solutions.
Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Training and Development: Continuously improving your knowledge and skills through training and staying updated with industry advancements.
Visual Merchandising: Assisting with the presentation and organization of products to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
Passion for the beauty industry.
Experience in sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Friendly personality and professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
