To maintain, operate the boilers and ensure they are running in good conditions and operate in the most effective and efficient manner.
Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and to troubleshoot when necessary
Perform startup / tuning of boiler/equipment prior to production commencement
Perform weekly / monthly boiler preventive maintenance service
Overhauling of boiler based on preventive maintenance schedule and supervision
Updating in the boilerman logbooks
To ensure safety of all boilermen and others during the course work
To prepare chemical and chemical inventory
To ensure DOSH legal compliance
To make necessary preparation and follow-ups with contractors for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities
To assist in other maintenance duties as and when assigned by the supervisor
To comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations, and to follow all GMP, HACCP and FSSC requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
