As the Brand and Marketing Manager at AZEO, you will be at the helm of crafting and executing a brand strategy that positions us as a premier provider of transformative solutions. You will oversee all marketing activities, ensuring that AZEO’s reputation and branding will be spread widely in Malaysia and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

As the Brand and Marketing Manager at AZEO, you will be at the helm of crafting and executing a brand strategy that positions us as a premier provider of transformative solutions. You will oversee all marketing activities, ensuring that AZEO’s reputation and branding will be spread widely in Malaysia and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a compelling brand strategy that elevates AZEO’s reputation as a top provider of training and learning solutions in Malaysia and towards globally.
- Manage marketing campaigns that highlight our innovative, people-centric approaches to organizational transformation.
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence across both traditional and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with corporate clients and industry leaders.
- Drive global marketing efforts to expand AZEO’s presence and recognition in Malaysia and international markets, particularly in the corporate learning and development sector.
- Develop engaging content that communicates our expertise in transforming businesses through cutting-edge training programs.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continued market leadership and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team and client success team to create marketing strategies that align with business development goals and client acquisition.
- Proven experience in brand and marketing management, ideally in the training, corporate services, or consulting sectors.
- Expertise in developing global brand strategies, with a strong understanding of both the Malaysian market and international business environments.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, especially in the learning, development, or talent management industries.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media management.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on both high-level brand goals and hands-on marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
