Work Location: Setapak (Kuala Lumpur)
Work Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.00pm); Sat (8.30pm to 1.30pm)
Job Description:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on BYD cars according to their maintenance schedule
• Conduct repair, overhaul and major service on BYD cars as & when needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• Assist in technicalities, housekeeping and safety during everyday operations
• Attend to customers’ daily service needs whilst complying to work procedures
• Manage service appointments registration
• Promote service and parts sales
• Execution of customer service-related duties and responsibilities
• Get to understand work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly
• Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least a qualification of Diploma in Automotive/ Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Has at least 2-3 years of working experience in this field
• Technical knowledge of EV BYD car is an added advantage
• Ability to speak & understand good English & BM to communicate with colleagues well and accurately
• A pleasant & friendly disposition i.e. the ability to smile and to treat all our customers in a polite, friendly & helpful manner even in difficult circumstances
• Tech savvy - intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, i.e. mainly Word & Excel
• Ability to multitask
• Good working attitude and take responsibility & initiative of jobs in workshop
• Incentive provided (sales & target driven personality)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
