Responsible to manage overall daily plantation operations, both on site and office and ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department/Plantation Manager.
Job Description

• To manage overall daily plantation operations for both on site and office.
• To ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management.
• To work closely with others plantation staff.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Plantation Manager

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture/Forestry or Science.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum with 5 years experience in similar industry
• Keen to make a career in Plantations Management
• Willing to travel.
• Knowledge in MSPO procedures is an added advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• High integrity, self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
• Good discipline and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Multitasking, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
