Job Summary:
The Capital Financing Investment or Capital Investment Manager will be responsible for the financial resources necessary to fund Nestrontech's Tiny House projects in Malaysia. This role requires developing funding strategies, engaging with investors and other stakeholders, and ensuring the successful financial backing of each project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in investment management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align funding efforts with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Funding Strategies: Design and execute effective funding strategies tailored to individual Tiny House projects, ensuring alignment with Nestrontech’s financial and sustainability objectives.
Identify and Secure Funding Sources: Research and engage with potential investors, grant providers, and other financial partners to secure necessary capital for project development.
Prepare and Present Investment Proposals: Develop comprehensive funding proposals and presentations, clearly communicating the value, impact, and sustainability of projects to potential funders.
Manage Investor Relations and Due Diligence: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, overseeing the due diligence process, and negotiating favorable funding terms.
Monitor and Report Funding Progress: Track the progress of funding initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management and ensuring that projects remain financially viable.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, project funding, or a related field, preferably within the startup ecosystem or sustainable housing industry.
• Proven track record of securing funding for projects, with experience in the Tiny House or sustainable living sectors being highly desirable.
• Strong network of potential investors and financial partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
