Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan preventive maintenance, budget requirements and capes expenditures.
  • Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines.
  • Overall in charge of Electrical activities, facilities and part of mechanical work.
  • Provide technical assistance and resolution to supervising on monthly electrical or engineering visit. (LV & HT)
  • Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Safety Policy.
  • Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and response according to service level agreement on any issues.
  • Liaise with various authorities pertaining to maintenance of facility lifts, firefighting equipment, fire certifications and other statutory requirements.
  • To maintain proper records and documentation on all issues pertaining to operation and management of building.
  • To check the water level for domestic water tank, fire fighter water tank and to ensure the water level are always in sufficient condition.
  • To be on standby as required by the management from time to time.
  • To run standby generator (2 weeks once) and ensure it is in good working order
  • To performed any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical and possess A4 Chargeman Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management.
  • Possess good knowledge in M & E system that is applicable to high rise residential, commercial and or mixed-development.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and able to maintain effective working relationship.
  • Fair oral and written communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, reliable and possess self-initiative.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sentul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
