Chinese Market Deveopment cum Nutritionist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Chinese Market Development cum Nutritionist to lead product sharing activities and drive market growth within the Chinese-speaking community. This role will focus on educating, motivating, and recognizing distributors to expand the market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging both online and offline, with occasional travel to regional areas to support sales and strengthen distributor networks.
Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the direct selling/MLM industry, with a strong focus on distributor engagement and market development.
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), Bahasa Malaysia (highly preferred).
Other Skills:
Experience with sales and training activities.
Willing to travel outstation for regional market development.

Key Responsibilities:

Chinese Market Development:
Provide regular product training and education to distributors, enhancing their knowledge and improving sales performance.
Motivate and recognize new and existing Chinese-speaking distributors to boost engagement and overall productivity.
Strategize and implement initiatives to expand the Chinese market, building relationships and providing ongoing distributor support.
Analyze market trends and distributor performance to identify and seize opportunities for growth.
Sales and Distributor Engagement:
Conduct product sharing sessions as a core component of sales activities, driving growth and engagement in the Chinese market.
Serve as the key point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and clear communication with distributors.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted promotions and campaigns that resonate with the Chinese-speaking community.
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to strengthen distributor networks and support sales initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and motivational abilities to drive distributor engagement and performance.
Confident, articulate public speaker with the capacity to educate and inspire large groups.
Strategic thinker capable of identifying market growth opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
High integrity, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
