We are seeking a diligent and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities:-
-Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
-Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
-Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments as needed.--Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic.
-Process billing and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
-Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, restocking as needed.
-Collaborate with other clinic staff to optimize workflow and patient care delivery.
-Provide support in managing referrals, prescription refills, and patient follow-up as directed.
-Uphold clinic policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
-A minimum requirement of SPM or Diploma.
-Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a clinic or medical office, is advantageous.
-Must be able to speak fluent English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
-Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
-Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards patients from diverse backgrounds.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs and procedures within the clinic.
-Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare.
-Must not be more than 35 years old.
-Candidate must be able to work in shifts
