Job Responsibilities：
1- Community Specialist for Local Malaysia:

• Take a strategic role in growing Infinix Community (online forum and mobile app).
• Work closely with distribution partners across markets to recommend and implement growth strategies for local communities.
• Increase local community participation on Infinix Community by driving campaigns, sign-ups, interacting and responding to user comments, managing contents, including official announcements, and planning activities to connect and grow Infinix fans via online and offline channels.
• Organizing offline Infinix Community events.
• Must enjoy immersing yourself in the online world of forums.
• Lead the day-to-day operations in conjunction with internal functions, to manage the global online community.
• Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure that rules of engagement are adhered to
• Provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate interaction.

2-_ Community Supervisor for South Asian:_
Job Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for DAU, user stay time, open times, and other key performance data of XClub.
• Set, plan and implement strategies and campaigns to boost user engagement, and improve brand awareness and influence among the target audience through community growth.
• Develop monthly content calendars and promotional events in combination with local hot trends and product marketing needs.
• Plan and execute fan community programs, including offline fan events and online fan content.
• Lead the team to achieve goals, and provide training and guidance for team members’ growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to support product marketing and user research

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a content manager or similar role in internet-based social media platforms. Priority will be given to those with Tik Tok operation experience.
• Experience in planning and leading community growth. Relevant mobile phone community experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of online content and creator management, know well about local youth trends.
• Ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content.
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field, graduated from Top universities.
• Highly conscientious and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility, communication, and coordination ability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
