• Leading a team of 3 to 5 members to drive and achieve their individual and unit targets.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain private and confidential information at their discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under duress to meet the unit goals.
• In the course of duty, he/she must adhere to strict compliance to BNM guidelines and internal policies/procedures of the Bank.

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, Accounting related field.
• 5 years and above experience in leading a collections team in banking or non-banking related industry.
