The Opportunity:

Develop and direct the local operational strategy for freight forwarding teams.
Set objectives and guide team members to meet targets and performance standards.
Manage daily operations, customer relations, and achieve daily KPIs.
Address customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.
Review and improve operational procedures, promote continuous improvement, and address employee performance issues.
Develop and enforce paperless processing efficiencies, achieve automation, and support personal development and team growth through coaching.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Must have experience in logistics or freight forwarding. Experience in shared services operations is a plus
Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and business methodologies.
