• Develop and direct the local operational strategy for freight forwarding teams.
• Set objectives and guide team members to meet targets and performance standards.
• Manage daily operations, customer relations, and achieve daily KPIs.
• Address customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.
• Review and improve operational procedures, promote continuous improvement, and address employee performance issues.
• Develop and enforce paperless processing efficiencies, achieve automation, and support personal development and team growth through coaching.

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must have experience in logistics or freight forwarding. Experience in shared services operations is a plus
• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and business methodologies.
