Our Basic Salary RM2,500.000 + Commission
Responsibilities:
! IMMEDIATLY HIRING !
√ To call & negotiate with customers for payments & repayment plan.
√ Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines and collection policies.
√ Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of achieving targets for monthly and daily collection and call attempts.
√ To comply with client's rules and regulation Requirements.
√ Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Advanced Diploma.
√ Must be able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
√ Applicants with experience is an added advantage.
√ Good negotiation and communication skills are required for the position.
√ Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and MUST be computer literate.
√ Good listener and have strong 'Customer 1st' mindset.
√ Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
