- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with the Customer Relationship Manager to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
